Job Description

The Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for collaborating with the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, to develop and execute our data-driven content marketing strategies. You’ll craft high-quality, engaging content across multiple channels while managing its creation, distribution, and performance analysis. Your work will play a critical role in promoting insightsoftware’s products and connecting them with audiences in meaningful and measurable ways. You’ll also be part of a small but mighty team within a dynamic and evolving global organization.

Key Responsibilities

Content Strategy and Creation

  • Collaborate with the Senior Manager, Content Marketing, to brainstorm ideas, understand target audience needs, and develop content briefs aligned with marketing goals.
  • Write high-quality, engaging content for digital platforms, such as blogs, white papers, case studies, reports, website copy, social media, and marketing materials.
  • Leverage AI tools to improve workflows and overall productivity, ensuring thoughtful human review for accuracy and human-centric voice.
  • Ensure all content supports our brand voice and adheres to style guidelines.

Content Management and Production

  • Oversee the entire production process for content assets, ensuring deadlines and quality standards are met.
  • Copyedit content written by subject matter experts.
  • Manage complex projects, such as survey reports, that involve collaboration across the business.
  • Work with SEO and localization teams to refine content.
  • Proactively coordinate with external resources like writers or editors to produce polished, professional materials.

Distribution and Performance Analysis

  • Work with marketing teams to develop effective strategies for distributing content across multiple channels.
  • Track and analyze content performance using analytics tools, identify areas for improvement, and refine strategies to maximize impact.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience in content writing, content marketing, or marketing communications.
  • Proven ability to work with leadership to develop data-driven content strategies and maintain editorial calendars.
  • Strong writing and editing skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Experience creating content for various platforms, including blogs, social media, PDFs, and websites.
  • Video or podcast scripting is a major plus.
  • Solid knowledge of SEO best practices.
  • Excellent English communication (written and spoken) and collaboration skills.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams, including marketing, content, creative, leadership, and with external vendors.
  • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage workflows effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and content management systems (CMS) like WordPress.
  • Experience with project management tools like Wrike or Airtable is a plus.
  • Knowledge of finance and accounting is nice to have.

 

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
