Position Overview
We’re looking for a Content Marketing Manager who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, strategy, and demand generation. This role will focus on creating content that powers campaigns — particularly email — and drives measurable pipeline impact. From compelling nurture sequences to thought-leadership assets like eBooks, reports, and blogs, you’ll help turn insights into engagement across every stage of the buyer journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Partner with the CMO and marketing team to develop and execute a content strategy that fuels demand generation and campaign performance
  • Plan, write, and optimize email campaigns and nurture sequences that convert leads, re-engage audiences, and accelerate opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sr. Marketing Operations Analyst on email scheduling, segmentation strategy, and A/B testing
  • Strategize and write webinar content, including abstracts, presentation decks, talk tracks, and promotional copy
  • Create high-impact campaign assets — ad copy, landing pages, case studies, and product content — that support pipeline growth
  • Produce thought-leadership materials (ebooks, trend reports, and blog posts) that reinforce Acoustic’s position as a leader in multichannel customer engagement
  • Collaborate with demand gen, product marketing, and sales teams to ensure content aligns with buyer personas, ICP segments, and funnel stages
  • Use data and engagement metrics to continuously test, learn, and improve content performance
  • Maintain and manage a content and email calendar aligned to key launches, market moments, and demand gen programs
  • Support social and digital marketing efforts, helping extend reach and reinforce campaign themes across all owned channels
  • Contribute to web and digital experience optimization, ensuring all content supports conversion and engagement goals

Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of experience in B2B content marketing, preferably within SaaS, MarTech, or multichannel marketing platforms
  • Proven success supporting demand generation programs, particularly email and multichannel campaign execution
  • Experience developing end-to-end content strategies that align to audience, funnel stage, and revenue goals
  • Strong storytelling ability — able to translate complex technology into relatable, results-driven narratives
  • Familiarity with AI authoring and content-acceleration tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to enhance efficiency, creativity, and scale
  • Excellent writing, editing, and communication skills, with a portfolio that demonstrates strategic impact and creativity
  • Understanding of content performance analytics and ability to translate insights into action
  • Organized multitasker comfortable in a fast-paced, collaborative environment

Benefits

What We Offer

  • A collaborative, innovative environment where creativity and performance are celebrated
  • The opportunity to shape the future of marketing technology and content strategy
  • Competitive compensation and benefits, including 401(k) match and unlimited PTO
  • Flexible remote work culture supporting balance and autonomy

How to Apply
Submit your résumé, a brief cover letter, and a portfolio showcasing your best content work, especially examples tied to campaign performance or email-driven results. Be sure to highlight your experience using AI tools to enhance content development and your approach to connecting storytelling with measurable outcomes.
