Role Overview
- As a Content Marketing Manager, you will own Adit’s content strategy across multiple channels, with a strong focus on B2B SaaS, Healthcare Technology, Dental, and Practice Management.
- You will work closely with the CMO, Product Marketing, Sales, SEO, Design, and Product teams to translate complex SaaS and healthcare concepts into compelling, useful, and conversion-focused content.
Job Requirement
- 5-7 years in content marketing or copywriting
- Strong writing portfolio across blog, email, social, and web
- Comfortable working from SEO briefs and content calendars
- Experience with a CMS (WordPress, Webflow, or similar)
Expectations
- Own the content calendar and publishing cadence for assigned channels to keep output consistent and on schedule
- Write and edit high-quality copy aligned to brand voice, spanning emails, blogs, thought leadership, articles, testimonials, and more
- Collaborate with the design team to maximize content performance through strong visual-copy pairing
- Repurpose long-form content into multiple formats across channels to extend reach and value
- Track content performance and iterate based on engagement data to continuously improve results
- Manage freelance writers or contributors where needed to scale content output
- Ensure all published content meets brand and editorial standards before it goes live
- Partner with the Organic Marketing and paid marketing teams on keyword-driven briefs to align messaging
- Support campaign launches with timely content deliverables to keep launches on track
- Maintain an organized content archive and style guide for consistency across the team
- Understand the basics of campaign analytics to inform smarter content decisions
