Type: Full-Time, Exempt
Compensation: $55,000 – $70,000 annually (based on experience and portfolio strength)
About SeekingSeeking.com is the world’s largest premium dating platform. Our business is as much data science and AI as it is storytelling, creative execution, and the science of human connection. We are scaling our marketing organization rapidly across Digital, Lifecycle, and Growth — spanning Advertising, Media Buying, Creative, Content Production, Copywriting, Videography & Editing, Multimedia Graphics, Social Media, and SEO.
The RoleWe are hiring a Social Content Creator who can run the full creative pipeline of a piece of social content end to end — concept, storyboard, shoot, edit, publish — and who is comfortable being on camera as one of the faces of the Seeking brand.
This is a hands-on role. You will independently ideate, create, edit, and publish content across all social platforms.
You don’t rely on large teams to develop ideas or execute content. You’re proactive, creative, collaborative, and excited to turn ideas into high-performing content while helping elevate and evolve a growing social presence.
Why This Hire MattersSocial content moves fast, and the brands that stand out are the ones creating consistently, creatively, and natively across every platform. We’re looking for a creator who can own the full content pipeline — from concept and storytelling to shooting, editing, and publishing — and produce at the volume and quality modern social demands.
If you’re someone who loves turning ideas into content and thrives in a fast-moving creative environment, this role could be a great fit. We’re looking for someone who can think creatively, execute confidently, and create content that feels native to the platform — from Reels and TikToks to creator content, trend-driven videos, and social campaigns.
What You’ll OwnKey Responsibilities:
- Create engaging short-form and long-form content for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, Facebook, and X/Twitter.
- Appear on camera regularly in social videos, livestreams, and branded content.
- Independently shoot, edit, and package social-first content with fast turnaround times.
- Produce polished, high-performing video edits using platform-native styles, trending formats, motion graphics, captions, transitions, sound design, and pacing optimized for engagement.
- Design compelling social graphics, thumbnails, text overlays, meme content, and promotional assets for social distribution.
- Use AI creative tools to generate images, concepts, visual assets, thumbnails, and content variations that enhance social storytelling and production efficiency.
- Leverage AI-assisted workflows for ideation, scripting, image generation, content repurposing, and creative experimentation.
- Monitor social trends, memes, creators, and emerging platform behaviors to proactively identify viral content opportunities.
- Develop content concepts that align with trending conversations while maintaining brand voice and positioning.
- Assist in building monthly social content calendars and campaign concepts for brand and executive social channels.
- Create weekly trend and competitive analysis reports to support content strategy and creative direction.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, creative, and leadership teams to execute campaigns and brand initiatives.
- Stay current on evolving social platform algorithms, editing trends, AI creative tools, and creator best practices.
