Ibotta is seeking a Content Creator to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. In this role your primary responsibility will be producing compelling photo and video content for a variety of projects. These include social media videos, commercials, company headshots, interviews, web content, and event coverage. You'll take projects from concept to completion, utilizing your technical expertise and storytelling skills to craft engaging content that connects effectively with our audience.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position requiring 3 days in office (Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday). Candidates must live in the United States.
What You Will Be Doing

Collaborate with the Director of Production, creative leads, and vendors to create shot lists, gear lists, lighting setups, and production timelines; execute shoots effectively.

Manage video projects from concept to completion, including planning, gear organization, communication, production execution, and editing (retouching, music sourcing, voiceovers, sound effects, color correction, audio mixing, and exporting in various formats).

Oversee photography projects from concept to delivery, focusing on planning, gear organization, communication, production execution, and editing (color adjustments, retouching, and exporting in multiple formats).

Execute high-profile projects with meticulous attention to detail.

Collaborate with team members, including the creative director and motion/VFX artists, to achieve a cohesive creative vision.

Ensure high quality and maintain brand consistency across all projects.

Utilize industry-leading creative tools, software, and equipment.

Manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines.

What We Are Looking For

2+ years of experience in communications, freelance, or agency work in hybrid photo/video production and editing.

An online portfolio showcasing exceptional creative and technical work; a reel is a plus.

Proficiency in DSLR camera systems, with the ability to shoot in manual mode and adjust settings for varying environments; knowledge of the Sony ecosystem is a plus.

Understanding of lighting techniques for studio, interview, and product photography; experience on large video production sets is a plus.

Proficient in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, After Effects); knowledge of DaVinci Resolve, Adobe Audition, and Figma is a plus.

Strong time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines and hold oneself accountable.

Organized workflow that facilitates collaboration on projects.

Effective communication skills to present creative concepts to non-creative audiences.
