Technical formatting and content readiness

  • Format content end to end in clean, structured HTML or CMS‑ready formats, including headings, lists, tables, links, and embedded elements
  • Ensure proper heading hierarchy, scannability, and accessible formatting
  • Prepare CMS‑ready deliverables such as copy decks, import files, or modular content components aligned to publishing requirements

QA, accuracy, and livesite validation

  • QA content at scale for factual accuracy, hallucination removal, grammar, and compliance with brand guidelines
  • Validate that key SEO elements such as title tags, meta descriptions, and H1s are correct and display properly after publishing
  • Review live pages to confirm formatting, spacing, links, tables, and embeds render correctly
  • Troubleshoot or flag issues quickly in partnership with SEO, development, or client teams

Collaboration and process improvement

  • Partner with SEO strategists, account teams, and clients to align content with performance goals
  • Contribute to documentation of repeatable prompts, formatting standards, and QA checklists
  • Support continuous improvement of content workflows, quality standards, and scalability

What You’ll Bring

  • Comfort using AI tools and prompting techniques responsibly for professional content creation
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and content publishing or import workflows
  • High attention to detail and ability to balance speed and quality
  • Ability to manage multiple content deliverables in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment

What Sets This Role Apart

  • Blend of creative writing, AI‑enabled production, and technical QA responsibility
  • Opportunity to work at scale across enterprise and multi‑location brands
