The Content Collection Coordinator ensures efficient content collection for the SightMap product, coordinating between clients and internal teams to meet project milestones and resolve issues promptly.
Description
Engrain builds map-based tech that's redefining how real estate works. Our interactive, unit-level maps and powerful data integrations help over 1,000 companies-and 20,000 properties-to make smarter decisions, streamline leasing, and deliver better renter experiences. From prospect to renewal, our products give properties a spatial brain and a visual edge when it comes to property marketing and management. And it's working: our churn rate is just 5%, and we've been putting up double-digit growth numbers every year.
We're not your typical proptech company. We move fast, we stay curious, and we don't do stale or corporate fluff. Backed by successful Seed and Series A rounds-with a fresh raise on the horizon-we're entering a phase of serious scale.
As the Content Collection Coordinator you will be the critical link between our clients and the successful launch of their SightMap product. You will own the content collection process, ensuring that every piece of required information-from Property site map source files, Property Management System (PMS) Credentials to Floor Plan Artwork and Property Lifestyle Videos-is gathered, validated, and organized to Engrain's standards. You will influence client stakeholders to clear roadblocks and ensure timely delivery. Your success directly impacts the efficiency of our delivery and contributes to a best-in-class Onboarding experience for our customers.
