Summary of Role
The Content & Channel Specialist is a key Marketing team member responsible for developing and distributing strategic content across AdCellerant’s owned channels, with a strong focus on social media strategy, execution, and performance.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives at the intersection of storytelling, digital strategy, and channel engagement. You’ll lead our social media presence, coordinate and publish campaign-aligned content, and develop educational assets tied to market trends, emphasizing leveraging our relationship with Clearview for timely thought leadership.
Responsibilities
Social Media Leadership
- Own and manage the company’s social media presence (LinkedIn, X, YouTube, and emerging platforms)
- Plan and execute social campaigns that align with business goals, partner marketing, product launches, and current events.
- Write, schedule, and optimize social content using tools such as Meltwater, HubSpot, and SEMrush.
- Confident in researching, pitching, and executing on new ideas to place based on social media platform audience preferences
- Experience in monitoring and deciphering data on social media and campaign performance, and making adjustments or recommendations based on findings.
- Be the "behind the scenes" voice of the brand by responding to comments on social posts, outreach, and engagement with industry influencers, as well as being the leader of employee engagement and brand advocacy.
Content & Channel Strategy
- Develop and manage the editorial calendar for all owned content (social, blog, email)
- Create and repurpose content to support GTM initiatives, product launches, thought leadership, and training enablement.
- Lead the creation of expert-informed content (e.g., posts and articles tied to economic and policy changes)
- Collaborate with Product Marketing and Sales on campaign messaging and repackaging content for different funnel stages.
- Support email marketing efforts by building, optimizing, and scheduling campaigns in alignment with editorial and campaign calendars, ensuring consistency across channels and touchpoints.
Performance & Optimization
- Track and report on content and channel performance across social, blog, and email
- Identify engagement trends and adjust content strategy accordingly
- Maintain brand consistency across all channels
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with the Creative & Enablement Specialist for branded visuals and templates
- Collaborate with the Training Manager to share campaign content across partner education channels.
- Support the Marketing Director in executing full-funnel campaigns through channel-specific content.
- Proactively identify and implement process enhancements across the marketing team and other departments.
Requirements
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of experience in social media management, content marketing, or digital storytelling
- Excellent writing and editing skills, with a keen understanding of voice, tone, and audience nuance
- Demonstrated success in building and growing social media engagement and reach
- Proficiency in social media scheduling, analytics, and optimization tools (e.g., HubSpot, Meltwater, SEMRush)
- Possesses experience in Google Analytics to interpret web data.
- Familiarity with WordPress, email platforms, and SEO principles
- Comfortable sourcing and interpreting current events or economic trends for timely content
- Strong collaboration, project management, and self-direction skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and relevant work experience

- Social media performance (engagement, reach, follower growth) shows steady improvement quarter-over-quarter
- Content calendars align with business priorities and are executed consistently across channels.
- Prospects and partners engage with timely, relevant thought leadership driven by Clearview and internal insights.
- The role drives meaningful contribution to lead gen, brand visibility, and partner enablement.
Location Information
This role is preferred to be located near our Denver, CO office, with hybrid work from home flexibility.
Team members must live and work in the United States* (*territories excluded), and have access to reliable, high-speed internet.
Compensation
The annual compensation range is $60,000 – $70,000, including salary and bonuses.
