A day in the life.
As our Content and Project Manager Assistant on the Business Insurance team, you’ll work closely with our national Risk Practice Leader with 50% of your time dedicated to our national Cyber Risk Practice. You’ll be responsible for supporting a variety of interesting projects. The range of project examples include:
Ongoing maintenance of existing and support for new content in SharePoint.
Event planning for internal meetings (booking hotel blocks, arranging meal catering and restaurant reservations, and working with meeting attendees pre- and post-event).
Schedule regularly held and recurring national virtual meetings in Zoom.
As needed, minimal travel to attend in-person meetings.
Specific Cyber Risk Practice responsibilities:
Deliver day-to-day administrative assistance to the Insurance, Cybersecurity, Risk Intelligence, and Incident Management teams, ensuring smooth operations and coordination across the entire Practice.
Support the execution of cyber initiatives and project management planning, including tracking deliverables, timelines, and progress for ongoing projects.
Coordinate timely communications to Cyber team members, maintain the Microsoft Teams channel and SharePoint sites, and coordinate with the Marketing & Communications team to ensure consistent messaging and resource availability.
Provide placement administrative support including high-quality deliverables to carriers and clients.
Other ongoing project management support and ad hoc projects.

We’d love to meet you if your professional track record includes these skills:
Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience in the insurance industry).
Strong Microsoft skill set including SharePoint, Teams, Word, and PowerPoint.
Self-starter with ability to juggle multiple priorities with strong problem-solving and project management skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization, including a deep commitment to client satisfaction and a passion for delivering exceptional results.
These additional qualifications are a plus, but not required to apply:
Experience working in Smartsheet for collaboration and project management.
Adobe Photoshop to ensure all content and presentations are professional and on-brand.
Basic cyber insurance knowledge.

The applicable base salary range for this role is $52,600 to $98,000.The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis.
