As a Consulting Services Project Manager, you will assist in planning, organizing, managing, and delivering client projects from inception to completion. You will be responsible for supporting project deliverables, tracking progress, and ensuring alignment with client expectations and approved requirements. We are seeking applicants with strong organizational skills, a customer-focused mindset, and the ability to communicate effectively across teams.
What you will be doing:
- Support project and client engagement activities from inception to installation, preparing and executing deliverables such as Project Plans, Change Requests, and Project Lists
- Provide assistance in managing project schedules, resources, budgets, and scope, ensuring alignment with approved requirements
- Track the status of deliverables, outstanding issues, and decisions related to Project Change Requests
- Participate in weekly customer status calls and respond to client requests and questions in a timely manner
- Interact with and assist members of cross-functional teams to support project execution
- Contribute to ad hoc projects and short-term assignments as needed
What you will likely bring:
- 3+ years of project management and demonstrated success/knowledge
- 2+ years of industry and/or software implementation experience preferred
- High school diploma required; Bachelor’s degree and PMP Certification preferred
- Ability to travel up to 35%

Range:
Minimum: $94,000 USD Maximum: $151,000 USDThe salary range provided reflects the national average for this job title and does not represent compensation specific to Epicor Software Corporation. Actual compensation will vary based on experience, qualifications, and market factors relevant to the position.
