The ideal candidate is skilled at translating complex HR and business requirements into scalable, best-practice Workday configurations. You will oversee solution design, data conversion, testing, and deployment to ensure successful, enterprise-grade outcomes. In this role, you will manage project lifecycles end to end, engage directly with senior stakeholders, and ensure implementations align with strategic business goals. Your leadership, strategic mindset, and hands-on knowledge of Workday HCM will help organizations maximize the value of their investment.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the successful execution of complex Workday HCM projects and workstreams, ensuring alignment with enterprise objectives and measurable business outcomes.

  • Serve as a strategic partner to senior client executives, providing thought leadership and driving solution roadmaps across HCM domains such as Core HCM, Compensation, and Business Process Framework.

  • Lead, coach, and develop teams of consultants across multiple engagements, fostering a culture of delivery excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

  • Manage overall client engagement governance, including scope, timelines, budgets, and resource planning, while proactively mitigating risks and resolving escalations.

  • Provide executive oversight on solution design and architecture, ensuring configurations are scalable, compliant, and aligned with best practices.

  • Guide clients through complex issues related to system performance, data integrity, and cross-functional dependencies, enabling sustainable, long-term outcomes.

  • Drive business development efforts by contributing to account growth, leading pre-sales strategy, and supporting proposal development and client presentations.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of experience in HCM technology or enterprise consulting, with 5+ years of hands-on Workday HCM experience.

  • Demonstrated success in overseeing complex, multi-stage Workday HCM implementations, with deep expertise in Core HCM, Compensation, and Business Process Framework.

  • Extensive experience overseeing multiple implementations, guiding both functional and technical workstreams to successful outcomes.

  • Strong leadership and team development skills, with the ability to manage cross-functional teams and scale delivery capacity.

  • Exceptional client engagement and executive communication skills, with a history of building trusted partnerships and driving account growth.

  • Strong strategic thinking, organizational awareness, and business acumen to advise clients at the enterprise level.

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
