  • Deep hands‑on expertise across Salesforce platforms (e.g., Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, integrations, and data architecture)

  • Demonstrated ability to lead solution architecture, govern technical delivery, and manage technical risk

  • Strong commercial acumen with experience supporting sales pursuits, proposal development, and client presentations

  • Ability to engage confidently with senior client stakeholders, including executive leadership

  • Track record of meeting billability targets and delivering premium, high‑value consulting services

Preferred

  • Experience in consulting or professional services environments

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Technical Architect, Application Architect, Integration Architecture Designer)

  • Experience contributing to or leading thought leadership, industry speaking, or technical publications

  • Exposure to sustainability, ESG, digital platforms, or complex regulatory environments

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead Salesforce solution architecture and technical direction across complex client engagements

  • Ensure delivery excellence and compliance with ERM Project Impact Controls (PIC), including governance and risk management

  • Act as a trusted technical advisor to clients—from solution design through execution and optimization

  • Contribute to innovation of ERM’s Salesforce‑enabled digital services and client offerings

  • Build and expand Salesforce‑focused sales pipelines through business development and technical solutioning

  • Represent ERM at key client, industry, and Salesforce ecosystem events
