About the Role:
As a Consultant at Packaged Agile, you will support the client across a range of modernization and operational initiatives. This full-time, remote role will focus on data cleanup and migration, PMO support, change management, and risk management within the context of the client's system modernization efforts.
The ideal candidate is a generalist with strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills, comfortable working across multiple workstreams in a structured federal environment. You will work collaboratively with government and contractor teams to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to the client’s modernization goals.

Responsibilities:
- Leading or supporting data cleanup and migration activities to support legacy system modernization
- Providing PMO support, including project tracking, reporting, and coordination
- Supporting risk management efforts through documentation, tracking, and analysis
- Contributing to and executing change management plans to guide users through modernization efforts
- Supporting leadership in establishing and refining internal processes and tools
- Coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of priorities
- Communicating risks, blockers, and progress updates effectively with client and internal stakeholders
Requirements:
- Experience in Python
- US Citizenship with an active Public Trust clearnace or higher
- 3+ years of experience supporting federal clients in areas such as data migration, PMO operations, or change management
- Demonstrated experience with data cleanup and migration planning for large or complex systems
- Familiarity with designing and implementing federal risk management frameworks and system modernization best practices
- Strong experience supporting or running Project Management Offices (PMO) in a government setting
- Understanding of change management principles and techniques
- Ability to clearly document work, manage deadlines, and collaborate effectively across multiple stakeholders
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
- Strongly preferred: candidates who live in an SBA HUBZone
