What You'll Bring:

The Consultant for Product Management will work closely with enterprise customers and TransUnion cross functional contacts to support product requirements to help drive the strategic roadmap and product/feature development. We are seeking a team player with strong interpersonal communication, writing and presentation skills to support the TransUnion enterprise sales team on existing and new Branded Call Display opportunities. Experience in enterprise sales support and fostering client engagement through detailed analysis is desired, and you will provide key resource support to increase the adoption of Rich Branded Call Display.

  • 4+ years’ experience in the Trusted Call Solutions product set
  • Demonstrated knowledge of mobile telephony, with skills sets in Caller Identification, Call Authentication (STIR/SHAKEN), Rich Call Data (RCD) and Rich Communication Services
  • Ability to read, analyze and troubleshoot JSON transactions within an open-source database
  • Self-motivated and able to work in an organized way in a fast-paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Impact You'll Make:

  • Represent TransUnion in conference and industry events with the ability to travel up to 20%
  • The Consultant of the Branded Call Display team is responsible for supporting new revenue growth, enterprise market adoption, new Branded Call Display features and deep analysis across the BCD program.
  • This role will partner and collaborate with stakeholders across Product, Sales, Engineering and Solutions to drive continued success in the Branded Call Display program.  The Consultant will have the opportunity to support new Branded Call Display feature and continued internal growth of the product.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $72,300.00 - $105,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
