  • [10%] Implementation support: assist with new customer onboarding, support 1-6 month implementation projects, collaborate with implementation program managers
  • [10%] Strategic input: support pre-sales activities with expertise and contribute to CongressIQ product and services development
Objectives - The problems you will solve

In your first 3 months, you will onboard, get hands-on with our product and solutions, become familiar with our existing standard operating procedures and get introduced to our services, implementation, product and sales teams:

  • Learn Backstage by getting certified with our SpotMe Academy, and by embedding yourself in building apps
  • Get trained on how we deliver project at Onomi, develop a deep understanding of the CongressIQ value proposition and experience it by shadowing colleagues in a full project lifecycle
  • Manage at least 2 complete congress projects end-to-end - including onsite presence
  • Master our standard operating procedures, systems and resources
  • Create an initial draft of the CongressIQ project delivery playbook

After 6 months, you have completed the CongressIQ project delivery, implementation and managed services playbooks, tested it with a new customer, implemented a full post-congress impact measurement with at least one customer and presented these findings to the broader team.

After 12 months, you will have helped hire, train and ramp a team of congress project managers that will deliver an aggregate of $1M+ of Onomi congress services revenues.
