This is not just another configuration management role. This role directly supports the Missile Defense Agency (MDA) on the Integrated Research and Development for Enterprise Solutions (IRES) contract, where you will lead a team responsible for the accuracy and integrity of technical baselines that underpin the nation's missile defense enterprise.
What You'll Be Doing
- Conduct comprehensive audits of artifacts to create and maintain accurate, as-built models and drawings for all ITSD technical areas.
- Use Visio and other MBSE tools to create and maintain as-built configuration drawings or models.
- Help create and maintain an MBSE program to transition from Visio diagrams to an MBSE environment.
- Help move the Requirements and Architecture baselines under Configuration Management control.
- Lead a team in review and researching Change Requests and other work vehicles to complete Configuration Management and drawing/modeling update tasks using the BMC Helix™ ticketing system.
- Lead a team to consult with engineers to understand configuration changes to update all related drawings and models.
- Lead a team that is updating and maintaining the Configuration Management System (CMDB) in BMC Helix™.

What You Bring
Basic Requirements:
- Must have 6, or more, years of general (full-time) work experience
- May be reduced with completion of advanced education
- Must have 3, or more, years of directly related experience
- Must have 1, or more, years of experience working in a management or leadership role
- Must be proficient with Microsoft Outlook, Word, Visio and Excel
- Must have, or obtain, an active DoW Secret Security Clearance
Desired Requirements:
- Have experience with an MBSE tool such as Cameo
- Have experience using BMC Remedy™ or BMC Helix™ ticketing system
- Have experience working with Configuration Management
- Have a current DoD 8570 approved IAT Level II certification such as Security+
- Have an ITIL certification such as ITIL Foundations
