Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Configuration and Data Management Program Manager to lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of configuration and data management processes and systems in support of the Air Force's acquisition of the next generation Intercontinental Ballistic Missile (ICBM)s.
This critical role will ensure the integrity, accuracy, and consistency of our data and configurations, enabling us to deliver high-quality solutions and services to our military and government customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for aligning configuration and data management practices with BAE's mission, values, and goals, while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.

Additional responsibilities include:
- Work with a highly skilled team while providing planning, scheduling and support to the government customer for major program integration & execution activities
- Oversee the lifecycle of Data and Configuration Management initiatives supporting Sentinel to include, identifying data requirements, acquiring data from contractors, verifying and accepting data to include quality verification, marking, management of data and gathering metrics while adhering to strict deadlines
- Provide support to the Sentinel directorate in the daily use of data systems and assist with data storage, data extraction, analysis and reports as needed

Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- 10 years relevant experience; 8 years with a master's degree
- Must possess experience in Data Management life-cycle requirements
- Detail oriented leader with the ability to establish and maintain foundational data and configuration management disciplines
- Experience drafting, routing and interpreting Contracting Authority correspondence
- Experience using Team Center, SharePoint, Jira
- Experience operating under a variety of changing technical, operational, and programmatic network classifications and environments
Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
- Experience managing contractual requests for proposal
- Digital Ecosystem understanding, development, and knowledge-based application
- Experience with DoD acquisition programs
- Managerial experience operating in a high tempo environment
- Ability to re-compete item acquisition, upgrades, and sustainment activities to achieve cost savings
- Knowledge of Mil-HDBK-61B guiding principles
- Experience with data or Intellectual Property rights for technical data, data delivery, storage, management, and use of the data
