Modivcare is looking for an experienced Compensation Analyst II to join our team. This role is responsible for supporting the administration of base salary compensation programs including overseeing administration of job architecture (descriptions, evaluation and market pricing), salary structure, fixed pay programs (merit cycle, promotion plans and premium pay plans), variable pay programs and recognition programs. The role will provide analytical support for a variety of compensation initiatives and support the development, recommendation, and implementation of improved or new compensation plans.

Participates in salary surveys to obtain current data for job pricing to ensure the organizations competitiveness in the marketplace.
Prepares ad hoc analysis as well as making design and implementation recommendations on programs such as incentive compensation, bonus plans based on solid market analysis and best practices.
Assists in the design, implementation, and administration of all broad based compensation programs.
Evaluates and analyzes salary data, conducts job pricing, determines pay grades and recommends base salary changes.
Works with business leaders to create job descriptions for market pricing and job architecture slotting.
Participates and provides accurate ad-hoc compensation research and studies results.
Reviews compensation programs for effectiveness and cost efficiencies.
Ensures programs comply with state and legal requirements.
Analyzes, evaluates, and assists on the design of variable pay programs including short-term incentive, long-term incentive programs and sales incentive programs for new plans or modifications to existing plans to maintain the organizations competitive position market.
Generates and presents analytics to business leaders to assist with compensation management decisions.
Educates business leaders, managers, and employees on the components of the compensation program and the goals of each to increase awareness of these programs in support of the business objectives.
Acts as internal consultant/advisor to leaders in the administration and interpretation of company compensation programs and policies.
Ensures internal equity, external competitiveness, and compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
Contributes information in the preparation of Compensation Committee and Board of Directors.
Maintains current knowledge of environmental, legal and regulatory factors that impact compensation practices. Keeps current on trends in total reward strategies.

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Accounting or Mathematics preferred.
Three (3) plus years of experience in compensation required.
Experience in Workday HCM, Compensation and Advanced Compensation modules preferred.
Working towards Compensation (CCP) and/or Global Remuneration (GRP) certification.
Or equivalent combination of education and/or experience.
High attention to detail with a strong analytical skillset to make sense of data.
Excellent analytical skills- ability to work with large data sets from multiple sources.
Ability to interpret financials and use the data effectively.
Ability to learn, se and leveraging technology or systems.
Excellent verbal and written skills required. Strong presentation skills preferred.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office packages is required.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel using pivot tables, advanced formulas and building large complex data files.
Comprehensive knowledge of legal issues regarding compensation required.
Strong creativity and relationship building (internal and external) skills required.
Strong customer service and emotional intelligence skills.
Must manage time and priorities effectively by completing tasks in a timely manner.
Willingness to work overtime, holidays, and weekends based on business need.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision or with a team a must.
Salary: $80,400 - $108,600
Bonus eligible based on individual and company performance.
