The main responsibility will be:

  • Manage, engage, and grow the Indian and South Asia PrimeXBT community across various platforms (Telegram, Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
  • Plan and execute community events (Telegram AMAs, broadcasts LIVE, etc)
  • Monitor community feedback and sentiment, and report insights to the Community Senior to help improve our products and services.
  • Provide support to community members by answering questions, addressing concerns, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Stay informed and updated on trends in your area as well as industry trends, technologies and competitors analysis to drive community growth and engagement.
  • Innovate on community campaigns and growth.
  • Rewards distribution.
  • Develop and execute community growth and engagement strategies, with ongoing assessment and optimization after initial plans.
  • Translate to/from Hindi- English.
  • Ensure that marketing and brand strategy are localised and adjusted for the local audience.

Discover your Fit:

Hindu native speaker

Excellent English (not less than C1). Understanding Urdu is a plus.

Minimum 2 years of proven experience in growing, managing and fostering crypto or trading communities

Knowledge of trading and the industry

Strong understanding of community platforms, engagement strategies, and analytics

Creative and out-of-the-box thinking for community growth

Readiness to track time and provide work progress and status reports

Remote position with a flexible schedule, but consistent availability and responsiveness throughout the day are key to maintaining community engagement.
