We are currently seeking a skilled and driven Communications Representative to join our growing team. This role plays a key part in executing internal and external communication strategies, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring that all messages align with our clients’ values and goals. You will work closely with project managers and creative teams to develop and deliver high-quality written and verbal content across a variety of formats.
Responsibilities
Assist in the development and implementation of communication plans and campaigns.
Draft, review, and edit internal memos, press releases, newsletters, and reports.
Coordinate communication efforts between departments and external partners.
Monitor and respond to public and internal inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
Conduct research to support communication strategies and stay informed about industry trends.
Prepare presentations, talking points, and briefings for leadership as needed.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field.
1–3 years of professional experience in a communications-related role.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
Familiarity with Microsoft Office and basic design/editing tools is a plus.
Team-oriented mindset with a proactive, problem-solving approach.
