ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS  

Basic experience with video recording and editing. 

Familiarity with tools such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Express, Canva, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, CapCut, or similar platforms. 

Experience with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams. 

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES  

Essential Duties and responsibilities include the following.  Other duties may be assigned. 

Assists in planning, filming, editing, and producing video content for internal and external communications. 

Supports the creation of employee spotlights, leadership messages, event recaps, training videos, and promotional content. 

Drafts and edits communications such as newsletters, intranet posts, emails, announcements, social media posts, and web content. 

Helps develop communication materials that align with company branding, tone, and messaging standards. 

Assists with storyboarding, scripting, interview preparation, and video shoot coordination. 

Captures photos and video footage at company events, meetings, and activities as needed. 

Organizes and maintains digital media files, including photos, videos, graphics, and communication assets. 

Supports social media and digital communication efforts by helping create engaging visual and written content. 

Assists with presentations, flyers, graphics, and other communication materials. 

Conducts research on communication trends, video best practices, and employee engagement strategies. 

Collaborates with team members and departments to gather information and support communication projects. 

Helps track engagement metrics and prepare basic reports on communication performance. 

Provides training to internal resources on basic skills for the tools leveraged so current employees have the skills to edit and update materials produced during the internship. 

Performs other communications-related duties as assigned. 

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE 

Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelors degree in Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Digital Media, Film/Video Production, Graphic Design, or a related field. 

PHYSICAL DEMANDS  

Work is primarily performed in an office environment. Regularly required to sit. Regularly required use hands to finger, handle, or feel, reach with hands and arms to handle objects and operate tools, computer, and/or controls.

The estimated pay range for this role is $20/hr to $25/hr, with the final offer contingent on location, skillset, and experience.
