Job description
- Partner with senior communicators to support day-to-day executive communications needs
- Ownership over library of key divisional facts and figures to support communications across the PW Comms team
- Support internal events and leadership forums through content development and logistics
- Support publishing and distribution across internal and external platforms
- Maintain editorial calendars, content trackers, and team documents
Who we’re looking for
- Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity
- Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
- Team player with a willingness to jump in and support across priorities
- Willing to get up to speed quickly on the business and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or marketing communications.
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Com/B.M.M.) in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field a plus.
- Proficient skills in communication tools and platforms like SharePoint, MS Teams, Canva, and content management systems a plus.
