Job description

  • Partner with senior communicators to support day-to-day executive communications needs
  • Ownership over library of key divisional facts and figures to support communications across the PW Comms team
  • Support internal events and leadership forums through content development and logistics
  • Support publishing and distribution across internal and external platforms
  • Maintain editorial calendars, content trackers, and team documents

  • Strong writing and editing skills with a focus on clarity and simplicity
  • Exceptional attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deliverables simultaneously
  • Team player with a willingness to jump in and support across priorities
  • Willing to get up to speed quickly on the business and key stakeholders

Qualifications

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate communications, employee engagement, or marketing communications.
  • Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.Com/B.M.M.) in Communications, Journalism, English, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field a plus.
  • Proficient skills in communication tools and platforms like SharePoint, MS Teams, Canva, and content management systems a plus.
