The Communications Compliance Analyst will assist the corporate compliance education team in the planning, scheduling, quality assurance, documentation and evaluation of compliance communications and training that is mandatory for over 45,000 teammates at DaVita. This is a support role with a strong focus on proofreading and documentation.

Under the direction of the Sr. Manager of Compliance Education, the successful candidate will play a key role in:

  • Compliance communications program support
    • Lead intake meetings with compliance and other stakeholders to gather content needs, clarify objectives, and align messaging with program goals
    • Draft clear, accurate and engaging internal communications for a variety of audiences, ensuring alignment with compliance standards and brand voice
    • Proofread communications for consistency in style, language and overall design
    • Coordinate review cycles with subject matter experts and stakeholders, managing feedback and revisions with strong attention to detail
    • Submit finalized communications to the internal communications channels, ensuring timely delivery and proper formatting for distribution
    • Maintain and improve a centralized record of published communications and support documentation
  • Quality assurance for compliance training courses:
    • Proofread course storyboards for consistency in style, language and overall design
    • Make recommendations to improve training clarity and effectiveness
    • Test training courses for functionality and quality
  • Other skills
    • Seeks to understand how communications program supports compliance principles and regulatory requirements
    • Provides administrative support and ad-hoc requests
    • Attends team meetings and training as needed
    • Manages multiple priorities
    • Knows, understands and follows DaVita teammate guidelines, employment policies, and department or company procedures

Required:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent
  • Preferred communications or related degree or one to two years of communications experience
  • Intermediate proficiency in:
    • MS Word
    • Excel
    • Outlook
  • Strong editing/proofreading skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Travel less than 5%

Salary/ Wage Range

$56,500.00 - $75,000.00 / year
