We are seeking an experienced and highly analytical Financial Manager to support our Commodities team. In this role, you will provide strategic financial insights, complex data analysis, and support senior management in decision-making processes. You will lead financial reporting initiatives, develop robust financial models, and provide deep insights to drive business growth and efficiency.

What You'll Do:

  • Analysis and Reporting: Perform timely and accurate financial analysis, including variance analysis and provide insights to senior management. Prepare and present financial reports.
  • Performance Management: Develop KPIs, dashboards, and performance management systems to monitor business performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Expense forecasting: Create detailed expense forecasts. Track performance against forecasts and provide recommendations for corrective actions.
  • Cost Management: Analyze costs and identify areas of cost savings to improve operating efficiency.
  • Ad Hoc Analysis: Provide ad hoc financial analysis and reports as needed to support strategic initiatives and special projects.
  • Allocations: Analyze and prepare internal allocations for trading support personnel.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with Accounting, Procurement, HR and Project Management to ensure alignment of financial and business goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field required.
  • 15+ years of financial analysis, finance, trading, and/or reporting experience required.
  • Strong financial and quantitative skills, with the ability to manage complex data sets.
  • Proven ability to critically analyze data and provide actionable insights and recommendations to drive business decisions.
  • Self-motivated with strong time-management and prioritization skills to handle multiple tasks effectively.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong relationships across departments.
  • Adaptability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment with evolving priorities and tight deadlines.
  • Results-oriented, a collaborative problem solver who performs well under pressure.
  • A demonstrated eagerness to learn, contribute, and share knowledge within the organization.
  • Highly proficient in Excel; experience with SQL and Tableau preferred.

The annual base salary range for this position is $175,000 to $250,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
