Description
Core Responsibilities:
Safety
- Doing everything possible to safely service each property without damaging property
- Following safe driving procedures and obeying Colorado driver’s laws
- Properly sanitizing your equipment between properties
- Properly disposing of your collected solid waste and used sanitizer wastewater
Service
- Servicing all scheduled clients every day in a reliable, professional, caring and efficient manner
- Check in with onsite community management if applicable and alert management to any concerns
- Fill out, have signed and leave proper documentation (ie Property Reports) with management when applicable and return copy to office
- Wear the required uniform
- Displaying required vehicle signage on your vehicle while maintaining a clean vehicle
- Help Commercial Area Managers as needed for Customer requirements and Quality
- Performing re-cleans and reschedules when necessary
- Communicate with clients on issues and resolve to client’s satisfaction whenever possible
Efficiency
- Clean each property in an efficient manner without sacrificing Safety or Service
- Keep track of your schedules, supplies, and client info. and updating your route list info as needed
- Communicate with the Commercial Area Manager on a daily basis
- Working every day that you are scheduled at the approximate time you are expected to start
Miscellaneous
- Help to maintain a clean and orderly shop area and wash station area
- Help to maintain a clean outside area around the building and dumpsters
- Assure effective and efficient use of company funds, equipment, materials and facilities
- Help to establish, maintain and guard our company culture and values
- Other projects and responsibilities may be added at the company's discretion
Requirements
Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Other Abilities:
- Problem solving, resourcefulness
- Excellent time management
- Extremely detail oriented
- Flexible – able to adapt to frequent changes in daily tasks
- Able to use technology – Operate CRM system, Microsoft products, GPS Navigation
Minimum Requirements:
- Must be 18+ years old
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs
- Must be able to grip tools in both hands
- Must be able to walk 10-15 miles per day on uneven terrain
- Must be able to visually see waste on properties
- Must have valid, unrestricted driver’s license and 2+ years of good motor vehicle history
- Must be able to work outdoors in all seasons, including occasional extreme weather
- Must agree to a pre-employment background check and drug screen (excluding marijuana)
Compensation:
- $22-$26 per hour, depending on experience
- Use of Company Vehicle

- PTO (accumulates at 1.54 hours per week – 80 hours per year)
