Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000 The actual compensation offered may vary based on job related factors such as experience, skills, education and location.
Job Description: The Project Manager role is a critical part of the Commercial Operations team that manages business-critical and customer-facing projects and reviews. This position will be responsible for driving action completion, ensuring stakeholder engagement, and developing and executing communication and tracking plans.
Core Responsibilities:
Lead the development of the process for planning quarterly and monthly business reviews across top customers
Work with other team leaders on action completion throughout lifecycle of engagement with the customer
Facilitate meetings to provide action updates, raise and resolve escalations, and drive decision making
Develop understanding of business and customer goals to ensure objectives and strategies are effectively prioritized and executed throughout the process
Display persistent and steadfast focus on objectives and tasks despite obstacles, discouragement, or distraction
Build relationships and drive outcomes through engagement with Commercial and other key stakeholders
Lead multiple workstream projects in support of customer reviews effectively and simultaneously
Other duties as assigned
Qualifying Experience:
Bachelor’s degree in business or related discipline, required
PMP or PMI certification, preferred
5-10+ years of experience of successfully managing multiple workstreams and projects
Successful track record of management leading cross-function teams
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to connect and positively influence at all levels of the organization
Ability to work independently and part of a team with flexibility, collaboration, and proactiveness
Strong time and resource management with strong organization, multi-tasking and analytics skills
