Our Customer Success and Subscription Management Team is here to help our customers unlock more value and maximize their results with our software solutions - our customers’ successes are our successes. The Go To Market Programs Team leads our CS and Subscription go-to-market initiatives including opportunity identification, strategy development, tactical design, implementation, and measurement of results.

Your Impact:

The GTM Program Manager position will drive programs and projects from beginning to end to improve the efficiency and the effectiveness of PTC’s global Customer Success and Renewals organization. Your programs will aim to improve commercial outcomes so you will lean on your experience in sales, marketing, and go-to-market planning. Then some of your programs will drive operational performance relying on your experience in process improvement and change management. In a typical week you will be guiding front line sales reps, coordinating cross-functional working sessions, and presenting at executive decision meetings. You will work with stakeholders throughout the company and around the world, so you’re comfortable on diverse teams and taking the occasional early morning or late evening call.

Your Team

The GTM Programs team is a high performing team of do-ers that dive into the business teams to deeply understand and appreciate the needs of our project portfolio. We have a healthy mix of experience, wisdom, energy, and ambition. We are not meeting facilitators and action item trackers. We are problem solvers that know how to roll up our sleeves and address the practicalities of the front line as well as how to deliver a polished concise presentation to the executive team.

Day-To-Day:

A typical day for a GTM Program Manager would look something like this:

· Meet with a team of sales specialists to build momentum in our campaign to move customers to our recently launched Subscription and SaaS offerings

· Do a quick excel analysis to estimate the size and business impact of reducing churn by linking product telemetry data to renewal workflows, make an exec overview slide

· Have weekly (virtual!) coffee meeting with one of your peers to get to know each other and bounce project ideas off of each other

· Present at the product management exec team to get approval to move from planning to execution of a project to retire a legacy product

· Jump on an unscheduled call with a CSM and Renewal Sales Rep to talk through how they should work with a complex customer that wants to take advantage of a promotional offer you created

· Listen to the quarterly performance analytics debrief call to track results of your recent initiatives

· Attend an Employee Resource Group (e.g. Women of PTC, HOLA-Latinx Network Group) meeting that aligns with your values/interests

Basic Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s Degree and 8+ years of professional experience

· 5+ years of software / SaaS industry experience

· Demonstrated experience leading complex cross-functional projects

· Demonstrated experience in go-to-market or product management roles

· Exceptional organizational, interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

· Ability to lead and influence others at all levels, including peers through senior management

· Must be capable in Excel (pivot tables and vlookups) and PowerPoint

PTC carefully considers a wide range of compensation factors, which include a candidate’s background and experience, in determining salary for a position. Compensation will vary based on these factors, but PTC anticipates the annual salary range for this position to be between $125,000-135,000. The actual pay may vary based on a candidate's skills, qualifications, experience, and location. Additionally, candidates may be eligible for a discretionary bonus.  Every PTC employee has the opportunity to become a PTC shareholder through our employee share purchase program which allows employees to purchase discounted PTC stock and, for eligible roles, an equity grant.
