As a Commercial Partnerships Manager at Lattice, you will be at the forefront of driving partner-sourced growth by building and scaling our channel and commercial partnership ecosystem. Your work will focus on sourcing, developing, and managing high-impact partnerships—particularly within channel, referral, and reseller networks—that accelerate revenue growth and extend our go-to-market reach.
You’ll be a key member of the Ecosystem team, working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Product, and Customer Success to launch and scale programs that enable our partners to successfully sell and support Lattice. This role requires a strategic thinker who’s also an operator—someone who can negotiate deals, structure channel motions, enable partner teams, and drive measurable outcomes. We’re looking for someone who’s commercially minded, collaborative, and passionate about building something new.
What You Will Do
- Design and execute our commercial and channel partnership strategy, with a focus on generating partner-sourced revenue through referral partners and strategic ecosystem relationships.
- Identify and recruit high-potential channel partners aligned with Lattice’s ICP, business model, and market priorities.
- Own the full partnership lifecycle: sourcing, vetting, negotiating terms, and onboarding, in close collaboration with legal and finance teams.
- Build and operationalize scalable partner programs, including enablement resources, co-selling frameworks, incentives, and partner marketing support.
- Develop joint GTM plans with partners to drive pipeline generation, accelerate deal cycles, and improve win rates.
- Maintain strong relationships with partner stakeholders, and conduct regular business reviews to track performance, gather feedback, and identify areas for deeper collaboration.
- Measure and report on key metrics including sourced revenue, partner-influenced deals, pipeline contribution, and partner health.
What You Will Bring to the Table
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Partnerships, Channel Sales, Business Development, or GTM Strategy, ideally within a B2B SaaS environment
- Experience scaling revenue-generating partnerships
- Excellent communicator and relationship-builder who can influence stakeholders across internal teams and partner orgs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment with a high degree of ownership
- Experience in the HR tech space is a plus
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to assess program performance and iterate quickly
