Essential Responsibilities:
- Lead, motivate, develop, hire, and train staff responsible for supporting commercial contracting operations
- Ensure the timely and accurate resolution of customer issues relating to pricing, facilities, and product discrepancies
- Oversee contract price implementation and quality checks, including managing the daily queue and expedite requests, while ensuring compliance with internal procedures
- Manage the dispute resolution process, facilitate credits and rebills, monitor list pricing and reconciliation, oversee the dose credit process, and handle invoicing for Molecular Imaging product partners
- Ensure GPO membership, pricing approvals and account set up are completed timely and accurately in the system
- Ensure GPO audit requests are responded to timely and accurately
- Monitor the status of all rebate and admin fee payments to ensure payments adhere to contract terms; approve payment requests according to assigned dollar threshold
- Assist Finance with validating accruals for admin fees / rebates
- Manage the relationship with the outsourced vendor for rebate/admin fee processing
- Manage the vendor set up process and the resolution of outstanding checks to ensure payments are processed timely
- Verify commercial contracts pre-execution to ensure agreement terms can be operationalized
- Support due diligence/audit process for partners to ensure integrity/compliance of contracts
- Monitor shared mailboxes to ensure all inquiries are responded to timely and meet / exceed business requirements
- Ensure timely and accurate responses to all SOX requests related to 6.0 Monitoring, as required by Finance
- Assist with the monthly reconciliation to the general ledger for government reporting including sales, rebates, and admin fees
- Manage user access and functionality for the Member Centric and NextGen platforms
- Manage compendia updates (e.g., Red Book)
- Support new product launches and pilot programs
- Foster a collaborative culture by encouraging cross-functional teamwork and driving initiatives that enhance customer/client satisfaction and responsiveness—aligned with GE Healthcare’s Operating Principles
- Participate in the development, implementation and continuous improvement of departmental policies, procedures, workflows, and tools as they relate to commercial operations
- Maintain a safe work environment and ensure compliance with safety objectives and policies
Qualifications/Requirements•
- Bachelor’s degree and 5 + years supervisory experience; and 7 + years’ experience in healthcare customer support
- Proven people management, leadership, and interpersonal skills; ability to collaborate with staff at all levels within the organization to achieve business goals
- Demonstrated ability to effectively partner with the commercial sales organization to drive alignment and business outcomes
- Strong commitment to providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customer
- Proven ability to organize and prioritize multiple tasks simultaneously and effectively manage competing priorities from multiple stakeholder
- Proven creative, analytical, and critical thinking skills; able to solve problems and make effective and timely decisions
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong coordination and project management skills
- High level competency with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
- Proficient with learning and utilizing technology
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, language proficiency in English
Desired Characteristics
- Experience in Pharmaceutical and/or Life Sciences Industry
- Familiarity with Group Purchasing Organizations (GPOs)
- Knowledge of Lean Principles or Lean certification
- Strong financial acumen with an understanding of contractual accounting methodologies
- Experience using SAP, Salesforce, PowerBI, Agora
- Understanding of channel strategy and go-to-market options
