Reporting
- Develop and present the commercial excellence scorecards at various levels throughout the commercial organization
- Create monthly reporting package for each RVP
- Develop and present the commercial excellence scorecards at various levels throughout the commercial organization
- Partner with districts to fix data accuracy issues
Change adoption- commercial excellence training and adoption
- Reason for change: Train and communicate the value to our commercial team of excelling at 20 commercial excellence metrics
- Reason for change: Train and communicate the value of our new global CRMA dashboards in Salesforce including the Commercial excellence scorecard
- Reason for change: train and communicate the reason the commercial excellence behaviors will help sales teams drive faster conversions, more conversions, and less churn
- Build change adoption process for commercial teams to adopt the CRMA practices and use the tools
- Build a guiding team- Cultivate the subject matter expert network to serve as “Train the Trainers” and use the network to drive adoption
Productivity
- Work with the commercial excellence leader to develop additional tools to drive productivity and efficiency of the commercial team
- Work with the commercial excellence leader and the sales organization to find and implement productivity tools to improve seller efficiency
Leader training
- Train leaders on how to lead commercial excellence
- Train leaders on how to use SFDC CRMA to measure 20 behaviors on their team
- Build change adoption process for leaders; help leaders lead change through using SFDC to scorecard and track both leading and lagging indicators

The expected compensation range for this position is between $105,600.00 and $176,000.00 plus discretionary bonuses. The exact compensation may vary based on your skills, experience and other factors permitted by law.Top Skills
