As a Commercial Account Executive in our innovator segment, you’ll be responsible for driving net-new bookings across a portfolio of high-potential healthcare organizations. These include value-based primary care medical groups, primary care led digital health wraparounds, and independent practice aggregators (IPA,MSO, ACO’s) . You’ll sell consultatively, manage multi-stakeholder deals, and partner closely with internal teams to deliver exceptional buyer experiences.

This is a high-impact, high-visibility role for someone ready to prove and scale a model that sits at the center of healthcare transformation.

ResponsibilitiesPipeline Development & Sales Execution (60%)
  • Build and manage a pipeline of innovative primary care organizations, from mid-sized practices to national groups.
  • Engage digital health companies and wraparounds that partner with or employ primary care providers.
  • Qualify opportunities, lead discovery with clinical, technical, and operational buyers, and run demos that tie Elation’s capabilities to real outcomes.
  • Own the deal from first contact through pricing, negotiation, and contracting—leveraging cross-functional support throughout.

 Aggregator/IPA Partnership Development (15%)

  • Identify and engage IPAs, MSOs, and ACOs that can serve as channels or partners.
  • Position Elation as the platform of choice for their networks, negotiate partnership terms, and align on co-marketing handoffs.
Internal Collaboration & Planning (25%)
  • Develop and execute monthly, quarterly, and annual plans to meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Use data and insights to identify whitespace, prioritize accounts, and personalize outreach strategies.
  • Collaborate with sales engineers, product, marketing, and executive sponsors to align on deal strategy and execution.
  • Participate in weekly deal reviews and deliver weekly segment updates & Forecasts to the executive team.
  • Contribute to messaging, campaign feedback, and overall segment strategy.
Requirements
  • 7+ years in a quota-carrying B2B selling healthcare SaaS, EHRs, or clinical tech.
  • Strong understanding of value-based care, independent primary care, and aggregator ecosystems (IPAs, ACOs, MSOs).
  • Proven ability to navigate multi-stakeholder, consultative sales with long-term value creation.
  • Executive presence with strong communication and storytelling skills.
  • Comfortable selling to providers, CTOs, practice administrators, and C-suite leaders.
  • Highly accountable and capable of independently driving deals while partnering cross-functionally.
  • Proficient in sales tools like Salesforce, Gong
  • Familiarity in leveraging AI to help support a GTM motion
  • Driven, accountable, and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, evolving environment

  • Familiarity with value-based care models and how technology supports population health, quality reporting, and care coordination

Salary range: $125,000-$150,000 + variable
