The team at Cirkul developed an innovative beverage delivery system that makes drinking more water delicious, fun, and personalized. The technology reduces the shipping weight of bottled beverages by 96% and uses 84% less plastic. Cirkul offers its customers 100+ unique flavors, all with no sugar, zero calories, no artificial colors, and a range of functional enhancements online, at Walmart, and other retailers across the United States. Hundreds of thousands of consumers are using Cirkul to transition from single-use plastics and sugar-filled beverages to healthier, better-for-you alternatives.

What is this role? 

As a College Brand Representative for Cirkul, you will be responsible for activating and educating your campus community about the Cirkul brand and products. Your goal will be to create positive first impressions through on-campus distribution, events, content creation, and peer engagement. Over the course of a 14-week period, you will distribute Cirkul bottles and Sip cartridges, build brand awareness through social media and in-person activations, and contribute to growing Cirkul’s community on your campus.

This position is a part-time temporary contract role. You must be available for a minimum of 5 hours per week, have reliable transportation, and the ability to receive and store shipments. 

What does an average day look like? 

  • Driving Results: Product Sampling & Distribution: Plan and execute the distribution of Cirkul bottles and Sip cartridges to introduce students, faculty, and alumni to the Cirkul brand. Each month will feature unique bottles and flavors.
  • Taking Ownership: Product Knowledge: Share the Cirkul experience with your campus digitally by creating and posting on social media focusing on bottle features, events, and real student reactions to drive authentic engagement.
  • Making Decisions: Adherence to Brand Guidelines: Ensure all campus activity aligns with Cirkul’s tone and brand guidelines. Represent the brand with integrity and professionalism, and follow field marketing best practices.
  • Cultivating Relationships: Collaboration: Establish and maintain connections with student organizations, university staff, and influencers or content creators to build lasting brand affinity.
  • Instilling Trust: Networking: Gather feedback and testimonials from students, faculty, and campus partners to support marketing and product development initiatives.
  • Customer Focus: Sales Generation: Plan and host on-campus activations that create memorable brand experiences that get people talking. Represent Cirkul at local off-campus events and support the execution of partnership activations. 

What background should you have?

  • Currently enrolled as a student at a University/Campus 
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with the ability to professionally represent the brand
  • Enthusiastic about marketing, social content, and brand activation
  • Ability to network and identify brand-appropriate activation opportunities on your campus
  • Experience creating and posting social media content on your personal pages
  • Able to lift up to 50 pounds
  • Ability to work a minimum of 5 hours per week
