Ibotta is seeking a Collections Analyst to join our innovative team and contribute to our mission to Make Every Purchase Rewarding. This role promotes and demonstrates a commitment to quality and timely processing of receivables, working to ensure prompt and accurate billing, collections and cash applications to minimize billing errors and collections.
This position is located in Denver, Colorado as a hybrid position, requiring 3 days in office. Preferred in-office hybrid days are Tuesday and Thursday. Candidates must live in the United States.
What you will be doing:
Proactively research and resolve billing issues and questions
Assist in applying cash receipts to outstanding invoices when necessary
Actively pursue delinquent customer accounts
Reconcile account balances including deferred revenue
Provide support relating to customer billing and account balances
Streamline, automate, and instill best practices in billing and collections process
Run weekly AR reports and provide input regarding collection status and help with forecasting cash collections.

What we are looking for:
3+ years of accounting and/or billing experience or equivalent experience in a fast-paced environment
Associate’s or Bachelor's degree preferred or an equivalent combination of related education and experience
Technical Skills: G Suite, Intermediate Excel, NetSuite, and optionally Salesforce
Proven customer service, data entry, and organizational skills
Capability to perform multiple tasks with changing priorities and to follow through to completion on all assignments

Additional Details:
This position is located in Denver, CO and includes competitive pay, flexible time off, benefits package (including medical, dental, vision), Lifestyle Spending Account, and 401k match. Denver office perks include paid parking, snacks and occasional meals.
Base compensation range: $60,000-$66,000. Equity is included in the overall compensation package. This compensation range is specific to the United States labor market and may be adjusted based on actual experience. Total compensation for this role also includes a variable component in addition to base salary
