As a Collaborating Psychiatrist, you’ll literally transform and save lives by elevating our clinicians through mentorship and upholding world-class protocols.
• Serve as the collaborating psychiatrist (supervising physician) for Mindbloom’s PMHNPs and Psych PAs, helping them deliver their best care to every client
• Review and approve clinician audits and reports on your own time; our team does the prep, so you focus on your clinical judgment
• Lead periodic case reviews over video to trade insights on complex cases while our clinical leadership fields the day-to-day questions
• Licensure: Board-certified psychiatrist in good standing
• Highly Collaborative: You bring a true partnership mindset, meeting clinicians as colleagues and collaborating with leadership to improve client outcomes
• Remote-able: You excel in telehealth, showing up on time for scheduled meetings and staying responsive between touchpoints
