The Role

We're looking for a high-agency operator to join us as a Strategy & Growth Manager. You'll own statewide growth strategy in a high-tempo, rapidly evolving environment where priorities shift fast and ambiguity is the norm – not the exception. This role sits at the intersection of strategy and execution: you'll drive funnel optimization, data analytics, and scalable operations while partnering closely with cross-functional teams to unlock market growth. If you need a playbook handed to you, this isn't the role. If you thrive building the playbook while the plane is in the air, keep reading.

This is a Full-Time Hybrid opportunity based in Denver, CO. You will report to the General Manager – Colorado and will manage a team of operations associates that work on the day to day of the lead to activation process.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Optimize funnel operations: Streamline the Lead to Program Qualification and then Activation process to ensure efficient lead management, accurate data collection, and timely qualification and work with marketing/media for lead generation initiatives and optimization.

  • Relentlessly drive market growth: Partner with market ops teams, HQ platform teams, and cross-functional leads to own customer acquisition, market operations, and expansion.

  • Run the business ‘by the numbers’: Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, optimize processes, guide incentives, and unlock growth.

  • Test & iterate: Create and run A/B tests within our funnel to identify growth opportunities.

  • Ensure cross-functional alignment: Collaborate with the General Manager, Growth Marketing, Sales, Ops teams, Clinical Intake, and central functions (Analytics, Product, Compliance, etc.).

  • Champion operational excellence: Proactively identify broken processes, recurring fires, and gaps in the funnel – invent and test new solutions and workflows to ensure consistent execution.

  • Manage a team of associates: Build, coach, and hold accountable a team of ops associates who execute with precision – instilling analytical rigor, high standards, and a relentless focus on outcomes.

The Requirements:
  • 3+ years of operational leadership experience in a highly analytical, fast-paced environment – ideally in a high-growth startup, management consulting, strategy & operations, or BizOps role.

  • Outsized impact relative to tenure.

  • Proven track record of end-to-end problem-solving – from initial idea to strategic initiative to full implementation – while maintaining excellent day-to-day execution.

  • Strong analytical skills with experience using data to drive decision-making and process improvement.

  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills. You can distill complex information into clear, actionable insights for any audience - field teams or executives.

  • Deep empathy and emotional intelligence, with genuine passion for helping underserved communities.

  • Must reside or be willing to permanently relocate to the greater Denver area.

  • Nice to have: Experience in the healthcare space.

  • Nice to have: Experience managing offshore teams.

Our Values
  1. Families First
Redefining healthcare starts with how we treat the parents and children we serve. We go above and beyond for every family, building strong, lasting relationships. We continually ask ourselves, “Would we want this for our own families?”

  2. Urgency with Precision
Millions of families are waiting for care, and they cannot wait, therefore this is not your typical 9 to 5 job. We match their urgency with our own, delivering exceptional care without compromise. Here, speed and excellence go hand in hand.

  3. Relentlessly Resourceful
As an ambitious startup, we adapt quickly and make the most of limited time and resources. We solve challenges with creativity to deliver results without unnecessary complexity.

  4. Purpose with Positivity
We take our mission seriously while never losing sight of the people behind the work. Respect, kindness, memes, and coffee make us stronger as a team and better for the families we serve.

  5. Driven to Redefine What’s Possible
We are here to make healthcare better, which means asking hard questions, challenging outdated systems, and finding smarter, more compassionate ways to deliver care.

Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation packages that reflect the value you bring. We reward our team for the impact of their work – full-time employees are eligible for an annual company performance bonus. The salary range for this role is 90-130K, based on experience.

  • Comprehensive health coverage that works for you. We cover 90% of your premiums and 70% for your dependents, with multiple PPO plan options to choose from for medical, vision, dental, life, and short-term disability.

  • Generous paid time off. We provide policies that allow you to recharge along with 10 paid company holidays.

  • Team bonding. We love bringing our teams together. As a full-time employee, you’ll get to connect, collaborate, and have fun through team activities and our annual company retreat.

  • Financial savings benefits to support your future. We support your financial well-being with HSA contributions, optional FSA and commuter benefits, and full coverage of all 401(k) account fees (employer match not currently offered).

  • Paid parental leave to support your growing family. We provide paid leave, so you can focus on bonding and adjusting to life as your family grows.

We are an equal opportunity employer and welcome applicants from all backgrounds, consistent with applicable laws. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check, satisfactory references, and any required documentation.
