We also offer full-service repair for pump assemblies, base mounting, alignment, impeller trims and balancing, performance and hydrostatic testing. The receptionist operates a multiline telephone system, manages incoming calls, and directs callers to the appropriate personnel while handling various administrative duties.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
• Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner.
• Answer incoming calls, determine the purpose of the call, and forward to the appropriate department.
• Welcome and announce on-site visitors, ensuring they are directed to the right personnel.
• Maintain and update appointment calendars, including birthday and anniversary notifications. Send celebratory emails to staff.
• Perform general clerical tasks as needed.
• Order and manage office and kitchen supplies.
• Handle purchase order confirmations and follow-ups, including:
o Verifying pricing.
o Confirming shipping dates, locations, and methods.
o Notifying the sales team of any changes.
• Assist with other assigned duties as necessary.
