Our vision is to become the system of record for financial and personal documents and the workflows that depend on them - across consumers, CPAs, lenders, and institutions. We are not idea-stage; the platform is built, workflows are operational, and investor conversations are active.
Core Responsibilities (U.S. Market Focus)
1.Strategic Partnerships & Ecosystem Development
* Establish and scale relationships with U.S.-based mortgage brokers, lenders, banks, and credit unions
* Build high-leverage distribution channels, including aggregators and B2B2C partnerships within the U.S. lending ecosystem
* Navigate and align with U.S. GSE frameworks (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac) and regulatory landscape
2.Revenue, Sales & Go-To-Market Ownership
•Own the end-to-end revenue function: pipeline creation → sales → closing → expansion
•Architect and execute U.S. go-to-market strategy from early traction to scale
•Drive customer acquisition, pilot programs, and revenue partnerships
•Build and manage full sales funnel, including outbound, inbound, and partnership-led growth
•Develop scalable monetization models (SaaS, transaction-based, hybrid)
3.Onboarding, Customer Success & Retention
•Design and optimize customer onboarding flows for U.S. financial institutions
•Ensure successful implementation, adoption, and retention of clients
•Build processes for customer success, upsell, and long-term account growth
4.Marketing & Market Positioning
•Own marketing strategy and execution aligned with GTM (brand, demand generation, partnerships)
•Translate product capabilities into clear, compelling value propositions for U.S. stakeholders
•Build credibility across the U.S. lending ecosystem through content, partnerships, and presence
•Represent AmitaSoft in industry forums (MBA, ABA, lending associations)
5.Founder-Level Execution
•Operate as a core member of the founding team with full ownership of U.S. market expansion
•Build and lead sales, partnerships, marketing, and growth functions end-to-end
•Drive revenue accountability and business outcomes
Qualifications Required:
•7–15+ years of experience in the U.S. mortgage, lending, or financial services ecosystem
•Proven track record of owning revenue (sales, partnerships, GTM, or business development)
Strong network across U.S. brokers, lenders, banks, credit unions, or financial institutions
•Experience building and scaling end-to-end revenue functions (sales + partnerships + marketing)
•Hands-on experience in closing deals, driving revenue, and managing full sales cycles
•Experience in early-stage or high-growth startup environments (0 → 1 or 1 → scale)
•Ability to operate with full ownership and accountability in a founder-level role
•Experience with U.S. GSE ecosystem (Fannie Mae, Freddie Mac)
•Background in FinTech, SaaS, or platform-based businesses
