In this position...
This is a highly technical position perfect for someone with a strong background in distributed systems and cloud infrastructure who is passionate about mentoring engineers and fostering a culture of continuous improvement. 

What you'll do....
 

• Team work and delivery: Work along with a high-performing team of platform engineers, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment. 

• Platform Management: Develop the engineering solutions, and day-to-day operations of our OpenShift and Kubernetes clusters on GCP and Azure, ensuring high availability, security, and scalability. 

• Service Delivery: Take part in supporting platform's service delivery, including defining, monitoring and meeting Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Service Level Objectives (SLOs), and Mean Time to Resolution (MTTx) to ensure the platform meets the needs of our internal customers. 

• Automation and Efficiency: Drive automation initiatives to streamline operations, reduce manual tasks, and improve overall efficiency. This includes developing and enforcing best practices for Infrastructure as Code (IaC). 

• Strategy: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver the platform's strategic direction and roadmap, aligning its capabilities with business needs and user requirements. 

• Incident Management: Serve to support for platforms' technical issues, troubleshooting efforts and post-mortem analyses to prevent future occurrences. 

You'll have....

• Proven 5+ years of experience working along a team of platform, DevOps, or site reliability engineers.

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Technology or a related technical field.

• Deep technical expertise with container orchestration platforms, specifically OpenShift and/or Kubernetes.

• Hands-on experience with managing and operating cloud infrastructure on GCP and/or Azure.

• Strong understanding of Infrastructure as Code principles and tools (e.g., Terraform, GitOps).

• A strong understanding of service management principles, including SLAs, SLOs, and incident management.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders

  This position is a salary grade 6 and ranges from $85,400-$143,200.

  This position is a salary grade 7 and ranges from $99,600-$166,600. 

  This position is a salary grade 8 and ranges from $115,000-$192,900. 
   

  Final determination of salary grade will be based on candidate's skills and experience, and base salary will be set within the applicable range according to job scope, responsibility and competitive market value.
