The salary range for this position is dependent on various factors including, but not limited to, location, and the candidate's combination of job-related knowledge, qualifications, skills, education, training, and experience.

- Define and scope solution offerings; develop and support innovation and automation initiatives
- Analyze customer technology, define business requirements, and participate in risk analysis
- Develop technical presentations, solution documents, and Methods of Procedure (MOPs); deliver customer presentations
- Provide feedback to R&D teams for product and tool improvements
- Oversee end-to-end site delivery, integration, audits, and call testing; troubleshoot complex solutions and present Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) to customers as needed
- Drive end-to-end automation and identify opportunities for AI/ML integration
- Lead resolution of business-critical technical issues and escalations through active communication with all stakeholders
- Support knowledge transfer, documentation, and information sharing; foster the technical growth of team members
- Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends; build and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
The skills you bring
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent
- Minimum 10 years of proven experience in RAN build projects
- At least 5 years of product, R&D, or service delivery experience in RAN, with a focus on CloudRAN, OpenRAN, Cloud Native technologies (Docker and Kubernetes), and SMO
- Strong knowledge of Ericsson CloudRAN, Open RAN, and ENM; experience with RFDS, RNDCIQ, and RAN design parameters
- Expertise in 4G/5G KPIs and performance metrics, including throughput, latency, and call drop rates
- Demonstrated ability to drive complex innovations, develop automation solutions, and reduce operational effort
- Strong communication, presentation, and customer engagement skills; ability to collaborate across diverse, cross-functional teams
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing work patterns and priorities
- Proficiency in written and spoken English
- Python or Java coding skills preferred
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau preferred
