Identity is a core pillar of the TruAudience business, empowering some of the world’s largest brands, retailers, and media companies to understand and engage their customers more deeply. Leveraging our powerful suite of cloud-native applications available in Snowflake, AWS and GCP app marketplaces, we help customers cut through the noise and build trust in their data-driven decisions in a more privacy-conscious way. As our Product Manager for TruAudience Cloud-native Identity, you will build and enhance our applications in cloud marketplaces with feedback from customers and partners. Working closely with the Identity product and engineering teams, you will define the strategy and enable new use cases.

What You'll Bring:

  • 7-10 years in technical product management, with proven expertise in developing SaaS or B2B software products in the MarTech or AdTech domain. 
  • Proficiency in cloud-native application frameworks, such as Snowflake Native Apps, AWS Entity Resolution, or GCP Entity Resolution, and their deployment via marketplace, such as Snowflake Marketplace, AWS Data Exchange, and GCP Analytics Hub.
  • Thorough understanding of data sharing via cloud data warehouses such as Snowflake, AWS Redshift, GCP BigQuery, and similar products, along with familiarity with development of big data applications using Spark or Snowpark.
  • Familiarity with MarTech/AdTech stacks employing Customer Data Platforms (CDPs) and Data Cleanrooms used by marketers for data collaboration, analytics, measurement, or activation use cases.
  • Familiar with data privacy laws, opt-outs, and other compliance or regulatory frameworks applicable to Personally Identifiable Information (PII) data, such as CCPA and GDPR. 

We’d Love to See:

  • Ability to define and execute a product vision that aligns with market needs and our broader cloud-native strategy while
  • Familiarity with release lifecycle of applications using Continuous Integration and Continuous Deployment (CICD) methodologies with tools such as Harness and Jenkins.
  • Demonstrated cross-functional leadership in collaborating with teams across product engineering, delivery, solution consulting and product marketing. 

Impact You'll Make:

This is a fast-growing team with an increasing headcount developing a suite of products with high traction in an innovative and fast-growing B2B SaaS market. As such you’ll be expected to:

  • Reliably scale customer delivery of the B2B SaaS applications by defining processes involving various support levels.

  • Identify and prioritize opportunities to integrate the current identity apps with our other audiences and measurement products. 

  • Own all customer-facing documentation processes such as implementation guides, use case details and release notes.

This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Pay Scale Information :

The U.S. base salary range for this position is $100,100.00 - $150,000.00 annually. *The salary range for this position reflects a reasonable estimate of the range of compensation for this job. At TransUnion, actual compensation is based on careful consideration of additional factors such as (but not limited to) an individual’s education, training, work experience, job-related skill set, location, and industry knowledge, as well as the scope and responsibilities of the position and market considerations.

Regular, fulltime non-sales positions may be eligible to participate in TransUnion’s annual bonus plan. Certain positions may be also eligible for long-term incentives and other payments based on applicable company guidance and plan documents.
