  • Design and implement hybrid cloud architectures integrating Cloud One, DISA environments, and on-premise systems
  • Architect and optimize DevSecOps pipelines to support automated, secure, and continuous delivery across environments
  • Lead the design of data architectures and integration pipelines, enabling ingestion, transformation, and utilization of maintenance and operational data
  • Establish and enforce cloud governance, security, and compliance frameworks, including RMF, NIST 800-53, and STIG requirements
  • Collaborate with development, DevSecOps, cybersecurity, and operations teams to ensure architectural alignment and delivery efficiency
  • Evaluate current-state architecture and define target-state modernization roadmaps, including phased migration strategies
  • Support performance optimization, cost management, and system resilience across cloud environments
  • Provide technical guidance during design reviews, architecture boards, and program-level decision-making
  • Client Compliance (DevSecOps): Integrate security checks, vulnerability scanning, and compliance audits directly into the CI/CD pipeline, ensuring compliance with DISA STIGs and NIST 800-53 controls.
  • Cloud Architecture: Design scalable and resilient hybrid cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) tailored for defense mission systems.
  • Containerization: Leverage tools like Kubernetes, Docker, Harbor, or ECS for application modernization.
  • Lead AWS operations, including configuration, updates, and governance.
  • Manage, maintain, and configure cloud migration planning and execution.
  • Create solution architectures, estimates, and technical proposal content and ensure solutions align with client requirements.
  • Support orals, technical reviews, and customer deep-dive sessions.
  • Coordinate with engineering teams and program leadership to deliver scalable cloud solutions. Serve as a senior technical advisor on cloud, networking, IAM, and security architectures.
  • Provide guidance during orals, technical reviews, and customer deep dive sessions.

Qualifications

  • Secret – Fully Cleared Only, must confirm clearance is active
  • Client 8140 intermediate certification or client 8570 IAM Level II certifications or higher
  • US Citizens Only
  • Bachelor’s degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field; master’s degree preferred.
  • 5–7 years of experience years of experience in cloud architecture, system architecture, or enterprise IT design, preferably within client environments.
  • Experience designing and implementing solutions in Cloud One, AWS, Azure Government, or similar environments
