About Finni Health

At Finni Health, our mission is to empower ABA providers to run thriving, independent practices. We partner with Practice Owners to handle the operational, financial, and compliance burden of running a clinic, so they can focus on delivering great care. We currently support a growing portfolio of ABA practices across the country, backed by top-tier investors, and we are building the team that will define what excellent clinical operations look like at scale.

What You'll Be Doing

The Clinical Success Manager (CSM) is the clinical peer to our Practice Success Manager (PSM). Where the PSM owns the operational health of each practice, the CSM owns the clinical health, including standards, training, and client outcomes. Together, the PSM and CSM represent Finni to every Practice Owner in our network, interpret data from our systems, and co-author Practice Improvement Plans (PIPs) when a practice needs support. This is a growth role: you will start as the first CSM, build the playbook, and grow with the team as we scale.

Clinical Standards & Policy
  • Own the clinical policy library. Maintain Finni standards for supervision, parent training, provider-led cancellations, session note quality, treatment plan structure, and incident review.

  • Translate regulation into practice. Keep Finni aligned with BACB, state, and payer requirements, and make those standards actionable to Practice Owners.

  • Understand and action data. Interpret the information at your fingertips, decide what matters, and bring human judgment to the conversation.

  • Represent Finni to payers on clinical judgment. Serve as the clinical voice on payer questions, medical necessity discussions, and escalated clinical disputes.

Training & Enablement
  • Build the Finni clinical onboarding curriculum for new BCBAs and RBTs joining our practices.

  • Drive CEUs and PDUs across the network including the calendar, content, and completion tracking.

  • Run Clinical Office Hours as a resource for Practice Owners and their clinical leads.

  • Equip PSMs with the clinical context they need on supervision, staffing, and quality.

Client Outcomes
  • Define and launch the Finni Quality Score, which is the metric that tells us how our clinical program is performing.

  • Deliver treatment plan and clinical reviews for every active practice at least once per year, with written feedback and a PIP where indicated.

  • Co-author Practice Improvement Plans with the PSM to ensure every practice is on track.

  • Stand up an outcomes metric that moves Finni from process quality to client-level outcome quality.

About You
  • You are a BCBA with 5+ years of clinical experience, ideally including direct oversight of RBTs and clinical supervision of other BCBAs.

  • You've run a clinical program before as a Clinical Director, BCBA Lead, or senior clinician inside a multi-site practice, and you know what "good" looks like.

  • You are comfortable with data and systems. You can create an AI agent, build a workflow, read a dashboard, spot the real signal, and turn it into a conversation with a Practice Owner.

  • You are a builder. You would rather write the first version of the policy, the curriculum, and the scorecard than inherit them.

  • You are direct and warm. You can deliver a challenging message and leave them motivated, not defensive.

  • You operate with high agency and pace, and you want a role that grows with the company.

What We'll Offer
  • Base salary: $100,000 – $120,000, commensurate with experience

  • Health, dental, and vision insurance

  • 15 days PTO + 10 sick days annually

  • 401(k)

  • Remote-first (US-based), with periodic team offsites

Ideal Profile

We’re looking for a BCBA who has already built and run a clinical program, is hungry to own a function end-to-end, and wants a ground-floor seat inside a fast-growing company. They are as comfortable writing a policy as they are leading a challenging conversation about a clinical concern. They see automation as a critical tool, not a threat, and they want the human part of the job — the judgment, the relationships, and the outcomes — to be where they spend their time.
