Supports clinical foodservice technology implementations by programming applications, developing product requirements, troubleshooting issues, managing support processes, analyzing product data, coordinating hardware installations, training users, and collaborating with facility staff. The role serves as a clinical nutrition and technology subject matter expert while contributing to projects, stakeholder communications, sourcing, and application improvements.

Position Summary
The Clinical Product Analyst is responsible for technology programming and collaboration with corporate FANS resources. During implementation, this resource acts as technology and clinical nutrition subject matter expert, educates Super Users and end users in the foodservice software applications. Other duties include overseeing hardware purchases and installations, trouble shooting and support for the application, training end users, programming the application start to finish, communicating with the facility FANS and EVS staff on purchasing issues, sourcing products when primary items are unavailable, etc.
Responsibilities
- Research and troubleshoot operational issues
- Develop product requirements
- Develop and maintain SLAs, ISAM, data extracts, and other application support
- Analyze product data to identify trends and make recommendations for product improvement
- Maintain stakeholder relationships and make recommendations for solutions
- Participate in complex projects supporting technology initiatives- including design and development, implementation, training, etc.
- Execute project work and ensure customer service excellence
Requirements
- Registered Dietitian (RD) licensure required
- Hospital or food service experience preferred
- Experience with HealthTouch or Computrition applications preferred
- Familiarity with various delivery processes- SCRUM, Agile, etc.
- Experience with clinical, hospitality, or supply chain applications
- 1+ years relevant work experience
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Occasional travel: may require travel from time-to-time, but not on a regular basis
- This role requires strong written and verbal communication skills. The product analyst will be responsible for communicating with a variety of audiences and must be comfortable presenting.
