About the Job
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Operations Intern to join our Operations Department for a hands-on internship experience. This opportunity offers valuable exposure to healthcare operations in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. As a Operations Intern, you will work closely with our Operations Chief of Staff to support day-to-day functions, Operational KPI reporting & analysis, Performance Guarantee forecasting, and data analysis. You'll gain practical knowledge of clinical operations processes and tools while contributing to real business decisions.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
Assist in the preparation and analysis of clinical operations key performance metrics, weekly scorecard reviews and monthly operating reviews.
Support the Chief of Staff in day to day operations with a focus on tracking and execution huddle related escalations.
Help operators and client success teams with forecasting the impact of clinical outcomes and their impact with performance guarantees.
Participating in ad-hoc tasks and projects to drive better clinical outcomes and cost savings opportunities.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support ad hoc projects and reporting needs.
Perform other administrative or operational tasks as assigned by the clinical operations team.
Qualifications
Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Management, Business, Biology, Biochemistry, or a related field.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills with attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Word;
Basic understanding of Process flows and SOPs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines.
Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: $20.00-$24.00/hr
