This is a remote position.
Our client is looking for a Clinic Scheduler to join their team on a full-time, 100% remote basis. They operate within the healthcare and recovery services space and have expanded their clinical operations in recent years by prioritizing structured care coordination and patient-centered scheduling processes.
This role plays a critical part in keeping clinical workflows running smoothly. The Clinic Scheduler works closely with providers and internal teams to ensure appointments are confirmed, documentation is accurate, and patients stay on track with their care plans.
Coordinate and manage daily schedules for doctors and physical therapists.
Serve as the primary point of contact for provider-facing scheduling needs.
Follow up consistently on upcoming and missed appointments.
Collect, organize, and update visit notes and required scheduling data.
Maintain accurate records within the EMR and scheduling systems.
Communicate professionally and clearly with clinical staff.
Identify scheduling gaps and proactively resolve conflicts.
Ensure a smooth flow of appointments while supporting continuity of care.
Requirements
Previous experience in medical or clinical scheduling.
Comfort working directly with healthcare providers.
Strong follow-up skills and attention to detail.
Professional communication style, both written and verbal.
Ability to stay organized while managing multiple schedules.
Positive, service-oriented mindset.
Availability to work full time in a remote setup.
Experience supporting doctor-facing or provider-facing workflows.
Familiarity with EMR systems and healthcare scheduling tools.
Ability to manage sensitive information with discretion.
Self-starter who can work independently without constant supervision.
