About Manifest

Manifest OS is the leading AI-native company on a mission to replace the billable hour and make legal services more accessible for American businesses and consumers. We power the next generation of AI-native law firms with one unified global brand, a proprietary technology platform, and a centralized back office — enabling lawyers to eliminate the administrative burden and focus on delivering exceptional outcomes for their clients. Manifest OS has raised a $60M Series A from Menlo Ventures, Kleiner Perkins, First Round, and Quiet Capital.

About the Role

This role is the first voice clients hear when they call Manifest — and that matters. You'll spend the majority of your day on inbound calls with prospective and current clients, answering questions, providing guidance, and ensuring every interaction is professional and empathetic. You'll support people at some of the most consequential moments of their immigration journey, from first inquiry through active case management. Strong verbal communication, sound judgment, and composure under pressure are essential.

What You’ll Do
  • Answer inbound calls from prospective and current clients via Manifest's main support line

  • Help prospective clients understand their immigration options and Manifest's services

  • Support active clients in understanding their case status and next steps

  • Guide clients through the Manifest portal, including document uploads and appointment scheduling

  • Document call interactions accurately within internal systems

  • Route inquiries to attorneys, sales, billing, or case teams as appropriate

  • Escalate urgent or complex situations to the right stakeholders promptly

What We're Looking For

Must-haves:

  • Fluent in English and Spanish, spoken and written

  • 3+ years in a customer-facing role — support, call center, hospitality, or similar

  • Strong active listening skills and clear, professional phone presence

  • Comfortable navigating multiple systems simultaneously while assisting clients

  • Reliable internet connection and a quiet, dedicated workspace

Nice-to-haves:

  • Experience supporting U.S.-based customers

  • Background in immigration, legal services, or healthcare

This is for you if....

You're energized by conversation and take pride in every client interaction. You stay calm and focused when calls get difficult or volume gets high. You want your work to directly support people navigating a life-changing process.

This is not for you if....

You prefer independent, project-based work over sustained client communication. High call volume and real-time problem-solving feel draining rather than engaging. You're looking for a role where phone work is occasional rather than central.
