We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Remote Client Support Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients via phone, email, chat, and other communication channels. You will assist clients with inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a strong understanding of our products/services.
Responsibilities
* Respond to client inquiries and provide timely and accurate solutions via phone, email, and chat.
* Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, escalating complex problems to the appropriate team members.
* Provide product/service information, answer questions, and guide clients through features and functionalities.
* Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues, and resolutions in the CRM system.
* Identify and escalate critical issues to management, ensuring prompt resolution.
* Proactively follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
* Collaborate with other team members to improve processes and enhance the client experience.
* Stay up-to-date with product/service updates, new features, and industry trends.
* Meet or exceed key performance indicators (KPIs) such as response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
* High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree preferred.
* Proven experience in a client support or customer service role.
* Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
* Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
* Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure.
* Proficiency in using CRM software and other support tools.
* Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Tech-savvy with the ability to learn new software and systems quickly.
