Where You Fit

The Terakeet Client Success team grows long-term profitable client relationships by making strategic, operational, and measurable contributions to clients’ unique business objectives.  As the account owner and quarterback of account execution, the Client Success Team directly impacts the stability and rapid growth of our client portfolio.

As a member of our Client Success team, you will proactively build relationships, identify and mitigate risk, and be the internal client champion for your clients within Terakeet’s portfolio.

  • Build solid partnerships with account and project teams, assisting in identifying and executing solutions in line with Terakeet’s strategic road map and contractual obligations with clients
  • Owns strategy objectives and program outcomes, ensuring Terakeet’s work is in direct alignment with client priorities
  • Serves as the main POC for applicable clients and supports the Client Success Director/Sr. Client Success Director on large-scale Enterprise-level accounts
  • Work with internal teams to deliver compelling and measurable campaigns for our clients 
  • Reporting on client KPI’s and business deadlines 
  • Identifying and executing retention opportunities and strategies 
  • Monitors and understands the client’s competitive landscape and keeps abreast of marketing and advertising trends
  • Lead client business reviews and future planning by identifying areas of opportunity to expand business with new and existing clients
  • Collaborates with Enterprise Partners to support the execution of revenue expansion 
  • Exemplifies and sets the tone to foster a team culture of growth and innovation
How We Evaluate

As a leader and strategic partner for our key clients, you'll drive their success by navigating complex digital landscapes. You'll command the relationship, ensuring Terakeet's expertise directly translates into their desired outcomes.

Requirements

  • Proven Client Leadership: Three or more years of demonstrated experience leading and managing strategic client relationships, comfortable serving as the primary executive contact to any/all levels of an organization.
  • Account Management: Proven ability to strategically manage and grow a range of accounts concurrently, while creating an environment that facilitates the blending of cross-functional expertise to benefit those clients best.
  • Strategic Acumen: Ability to translate complex digital marketing concepts into clear, executive-level strategies and recommendations.
    • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, PR, or Business.
    • Track record of critical thinking and application of problem-solving skills; ability to understand, articulate, structure, and solve client needs
  • Outcome-Driven Focus: Proven ability to drive tangible results, increase brand visibility, and navigate brands as they adapt to rapid changes in online consumer behavior.
  • Adaptability: Experience thriving in dynamic environments and managing diverse client needs across various digital marketing objectives.

Preferred Skills & Experience

  • Crisis & Reputation Management: Experience advising clients on critical communication challenges and proactively shaping brand narratives.
  • Executive Communications: Proven ability to communicate with and influence high-level executives.
  • Generative AI Fluency: Understanding of how AI impacts brand visibility and the ability to strategize for influence within generative AI environments.

Pay Transparency

The salary range for this role is $60,000 to $91,000. *This salary range is based off of the market pay for all of the United States; Terakeet applies a multiplier to this range based upon the specific geographic location of a job candidate*
