Compensation: $70,000 to $80,000

Adswerve is looking for a Client Success Manager to join the Client Success Team! Adswerve is seeking an articulate, confident, and enthusiastic individual to join our multifaceted Client Success Team as a Client Success Manager, focusing on developing an understanding of digital media, analytics, and attribution services for our clients. Collaboration is critical, so we are looking for an individual who thrives on problem-solving and relationship-building with their clients and peers.
As a Client Success Manager, you will act as the strategic owner for a scalable portfolio of Direct Marketer accounts. You will be the face of Adswerve, tasked with proactively driving engagement, demonstrating the ROI of our platforms and services, and uncovering opportunities to expand our partnership. Our Client Success Managers are ultimately responsible for gaining a strong understanding of the digital marketing industry and Adswerve workflows and processes. All members of our Client Success Team are encouraged to go above and beyond to ensure the growth and satisfaction of their assigned clients.
Responsibilities- Cultivate and maintain successful client relationships by proactively seeking engagement opportunities with low-touch accounts
- Serve as the primary day-to-day contact and internal champion for marketer clients, handling and coordinating all general requests, inquiries, and issues to ensure timely and accurate resolution.
- Collaborate with internal teams on any open managed service or consulting opportunities, support cases, and data science projects for their accounts.
- Directly accountable for maximizing dollar retention within the assigned client portfolio, focusing on tactics that minimize churn and prevent revenue decline.
- Understands the main DSPs and value of the media platforms and how they operate, showcasing a level of expertise needed to manage their portfolio of accounts properly.
- Monitor and negotiate service contracts, project renewals, and retainers as needed
- In Collaboration with Finance, monitor portfolio of existing accounts as it pertains to forecasted revenues with actualized revenues within the various media platforms.
- Assists with Adswerve partner relationships as they correspond to a dedicated book of business
- Asissts with Adswerve Partner Relationships such as Google as they correspond to a dedicated book of business"
- Act as the client advocate by gathering feedback and relaying client needs and potential risks to the management team, proactively anticipating and addressing potential issues to safeguard the partnership.
- Document key client communications, opportunities, and activities within Salesforce
- 3+ years of Client Services, Customer Success, or Agency experience.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of integrity and eager to learn and possesses a "growth mindset."
- Ability to command a room (virtual or physical) and maintain a professional, reassuring disposition in fast-paced or high-pressure situations.
- Familiarity with programmatic digital media (DV360, Trade Desk), Paid Search (Google Ads, Search Ads 360), or Social Media platforms. Proficiency in Google Analytics and Google Cloud is a major plus.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, and solve client problems as they arise.
- Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Excellent time management and organization skills. Can manage multiple clients and projects at one time and provide deliverables by expected deadlines.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
- Exceptional relationship-building skills and a proven ability to collaborate effectively.
- Ability to demonstrate critical thinking skills, and solve client problems as they arise.
- Experience working within Salesforce is a plus
This position pays a base salary of $70,000 to $80,000 per year. Wage differential is based on training and experience.
