- Deliver efficient order processing by focusing on attention to detail and understanding the needs of the client.

- Client Communication: Serve as a primary point of contact for day-to-day client communications, ensuring clarity, professionalism, and responsiveness at all times.
- Internal Coordination: Collaborate with internal departments (sales, production, logistics, etc.) to communicate client needs and ensure deliverables remain on schedule.
- Order Processing: Accurately enter, review, and manage client orders through internal systems. Track order status and proactively address any issues that may affect timelines or client expectations.
- Project Support: Assist in the execution of client projects by collaborating with the sales, operations, client success, and logistics departments.
- Data Entry & Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRM and project management systems. Generate reports and documentation as needed for internal and client use.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve communication processes, both internally and externally.
- Complete and submit HR paperwork in an accurate and timely manner

Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

- Proven experience in a client-facing or coordination role (e.g., account coordinator, project coordinator, customer success, or admin support).

- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
- High level of professionalism and client service orientation.
- Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in order processing, logistics, or production coordination.
- Familiarity with data entry best practices and reporting tools.
- Previous work in a SaaS environment.
- Completed associates or bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
